As a former educator and high school teacher, Uma is passionate about sharing her work, stories and discussions with children of all ages. Uma has presented at numerous schools and spoken to students as young as 5 years old and into high school about writing, publishing, activism, why stories are important, and inspiring students to use their voice.
Uma is based in Geneva, Switzerland and is open to traveling or dropping in virtually for discussions with students in your school.
